Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Med Spa Club site, directory, and membership. Please read them. This is a working draft under legal review.
Accepting these terms
By using this site, claiming a listing, or joining as a member, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
Who Med Spa Club is for
Med Spa Club is a private network for the owners and operators of independent med spas, with a public directory as its face. Membership is free and is offered by selection.
To become a member you must be an owner, medical director, or manager of a med spa, be able to verify that role, and be of legal age to enter a contract. We may decline or revoke membership at our discretion, including where we cannot verify a claim.
Claiming and verifying a listing
Claiming a listing means confirming you are responsible for that med spa. You agree that the information you provide during verification is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You agree to keep your listing and member profile current. If ownership or management of the spa changes, you agree to tell us so the listing can be updated or reassigned.
Listing accuracy
Directory listings are drawn from public business sources and from owner corrections. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant that every listing is complete or current, including listings that have not yet been claimed.
Third-party ratings and review counts shown on a listing come from outside sources. We display them as we receive them and do not control or verify them. An owner who believes their listing is wrong can ask us to correct it through the site.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
Misrepresent yourself
Claim a listing you have no authority over, impersonate another person or business, or provide false verification information.
Scrape or harvest
Copy, scrape, or reuse the directory, benchmark, or member content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.
Abuse members
Use member information or club channels to send unsolicited pitches, spam, or anything a member did not ask for.
Break the site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload harmful code, or interfere with other members' use.
Post unlawful content
Submit anything false, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful, including content you do not have the right to share.
Share patient data
Send us or post any med spa patient records or patient health information. The club does not handle patient data.
Member content and benchmark data
Playbooks, benchmarks, newsletters, and other member materials are provided for your own use in running your business. You may not resell them or redistribute them outside your spa.
If you submit information for the pricing benchmark, you grant us permission to use it in aggregate. We report benchmark figures only as medians and ranges across a group, and never in a way that identifies a single spa.
Partners and offers
Med Spa Club works with a disclosed network of partners who offer member pricing. Some partners pay the club, and we disclose that on the Partners page.
Any offer, product, or service from a partner is provided by that partner, on that partner's terms. Med Spa Club is not a party to your dealings with a partner and is not responsible for what a partner delivers. Review a partner's own terms before you accept an offer.
No guarantee of results
Med Spa Club provides information, tools, and introductions. It does not promise any particular business outcome.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, patient volume, cost savings, ranking, or any other result. What you make of the membership depends on your own business.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information for med spa owners. It is not medical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Compliance obligations for med spas vary by state and by circumstance. Confirm your own obligations with your own counsel and medical director before you act.
Intellectual property
The Med Spa Club name, marks, site design, and original content belong to Med Spa Club or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission, except to display your own verified listing and member badge as we provide them.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site and membership are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Med Spa Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the directory, member content, or any partner offer.
Suspension and termination
You can leave the club at any time by asking us to close your account. We may suspend or end your membership or access if you breach these terms, if we cannot verify your role, or if we discontinue the service.
Terms that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits of liability, continue after your membership ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the club evolves. When we make a material change, we will post the updated terms here and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current terms.
