Apex Pro Pen
The device, FDA-cleared Class II status, warranty, loaner, and the Apex Pro Challenge.
Trade-in · owned devices
Trade in a competing professional pen you own outright and the new Apex Pro Microneedling Pen is $2,500, with starter cartridges included. Without a trade-in it is $4,500. Apex Pro is an FDA-cleared Class II microneedling device.
Check your trade-in
Share the pen you own and what you pay per cartridge. The value comes back in writing. Licensed US practices only.
The two prices
| How you buy | Published price | What has to be true |
|---|---|---|
| Trade-in | $2,500 | You own a competing professional pen outright. Starter cartridges are included. |
| Standard | $4,500 | No trade-in. Same pen, same written-quote process. |
There is no online checkout. TruSkin Aesthetic Group confirms the number in writing before you buy. Cartridge reorders are priced separately, at $32 to $36 by box size.
The steps
Tell TruSkin the professional device you run today and what you pay per cartridge. That pair of facts is what the trade-in is priced from.
Your trade-in value and the cartridge price come back in writing before any purchase. The pen is $4,500, or $2,500 when you trade in a competing professional pen you own outright. Starter cartridges are included with the trade-in.
The new Apex Pro arrives and your team is trained. Training is included. You keep treating on your current pen until the new one is installed, so there is no gap in the book.
From there, sterile cartridges are $32 to $36 by box size, about $34 on average, held by a written consumable price guarantee.
Who it is for
The trade-in is for licensed US med spas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery practices. You have to own the pen you are trading. A pen the practice does not own outright does not qualify for the $2,500 price.
The closest fit already microneedles. The point of the trade-in is to change the pen and the cartridge cost without opening a hole in the schedule. You stay on your current pen until the Apex Pro is installed and the team is trained.
If you do not have a pen to trade, the standard price is $4,500. Specs, the warranty, the 24-hour loaner, and the Apex Pro Challenge are on the Apex Pro Pen page. Running cost is on the cartridge and price page.
After the switch
The device has a lifetime warranty, subject to terms. A 24-hour loaner ships if you notify TruSkin by 2 p.m. Eastern. Support is based in the US, and training is included.
The Apex Pro Challenge purchase includes the pen and 10 cartridges. The trial ends after 10 cartridges are used or 30 days pass, whichever comes first. The refund is issued once the pen and all unused cartridges are successfully returned.
Those are the commercial terms. They are not a promise of clinical results.
