Ask TruSkin to confirm the box you will actually buy, and to put the price guarantee on the quote.
The rate card
TruSkin Aesthetic Group publishes two device prices and three cartridge prices. Med Spa Club repeats them here so you can compare them with your own supply invoice before you ask for a quote.
| Item | Published price |
|---|---|
| Apex Pro Microneedling Pen | $4,500 |
| Same pen with a qualifying trade-in | $2,500, starter cartridges included |
| Sterile cartridge, box of 15 | $36 each |
| Sterile cartridge, box of 30 | $34 each |
| Sterile cartridge, box of 60 | $32 each |
Starter cartridges are included with the $2,500 trade-in. The written consumable price guarantee holds the cartridge price so it does not drift up. Confirm both the device line and the cartridge line on your quote.
The cartridges
Every treatment uses a single-use sterile cartridge. Apex Pro offers a 12-pin and a 36-pin. TruSkin describes the 12-pin for smaller areas, including the eyes, nose, and lip, and the 36-pin for broader areas.
That is a description of the cartridge, not a list of cleared indications. Indications for use are not stated on this page.
A box of 15 is $540. A box of 30 is $1,020. A box of 60 is $1,920. Those box totals are the per-cartridge price times the count. The per-cartridge prices are the ones the guarantee holds.

Check your invoice
About $85 is a default for a premium-pen cartridge, not a claim about your practice. If that is close to your invoice, the gap versus about $34 is about $51 a treatment.
| Treatments in a month | Illustrative gap for the month | Illustrative gap for the year |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $510 | $6,120 |
| 20 | $1,020 | $12,240 |
| 30 | $1,530 | $18,360 |
| 40 | $2,040 | $24,480 |
Illustrative only. The about-$85 figure is a calculator default for a premium-pen cartridge, not a survey. If you pay about $85 and Apex Pro is about $34, the gap is about $51 a treatment. Check it against your own invoice.
The pen price sits beside that running cost. At $4,500, or $2,500 when you trade in a pen you own outright, the device is the smaller question for a room that already microneedles often. The trade-in page explains who the $2,500 price is for.
Specs for the pen itself, including depth, speed, warranty, and the Apex Pro Challenge, are on the Apex Pro Pen page.
