How membership works
Med Spa Club is free to join and closed by design. Here is who gets in, how you prove you belong, and what each tier of membership carries.
Free, and by selection
Membership costs nothing. That is deliberate. The value is the network and the data owners can't get anywhere else, not a paywall.
It is also not open to everyone. Spas are selected on public quality signals, and owners verify before any benefit unlocks. A club that anyone can walk into isn't a club, so this one has a door.
If your spa made the list, you were selected. What follows is how selection, caps, verification and the member tiers actually work.
Exclusivity
Why free can still be exclusive
Exclusivity here is earned four ways, and all four are real.
Selection
Spas are listed and invited on public quality signals, never on who pays. The starting bar is a strong Google rating across a real volume of reviews, at least a year in operation, and medical-grade services on the menu. Day spas and lash-only shops don't qualify.
Criteria are tuned per metro so roughly the top half of spas make the list.
Caps
Founding Member status is limited to the first verified owners in each metro. Once a metro's seats are taken, new verified owners join as Members. The seat count is real and shown live on each metro page.
Verification
Benefits sit behind proof of ownership. You confirm you own the spa before anything unlocks. No verification, no badge, no library, no rate card. That is the velvet rope.
Identity markers
Every member gets a member number and a badge for their site. Founding Members also get a printed welcome kit: a card-stock member card, a window decal and a handwritten note. Small things that make it real.

A paid Inner Circle tier may follow later, once free members are active. It is optional and separate from everything above.
Verification
How verification works
The claim flow is short, and it opens with each metro at launch. You land on your spa's page, already filled in from our data.
Confirm your listing
Check or correct the basics we already have: name, address, phone, hours, services and website.
Prove you own the spa
Pick one: a code emailed to an address on your spa's domain, a code sent by call or text to the business phone on your listing, or a quick manual review from a business document.
Fill in your owner profile
A few required fields, then a few optional ones that help us tailor your benchmark: your services, the devices you run, your team size and the one thing you'd fix this year.
Set your partner preference
One box, unchecked by default, decides whether you hear about member-only partner offers matched to your spa. Your contact details never reach a partner without your say-so.
You're in
You get your member number, your badge to embed, confirmation of your seat, and the door to the member library.
Membership questions
- Does membership cost anything?
- No. Membership is free. A paid Inner Circle tier may come later, and it is entirely optional and separate.
- If it's free, what makes it exclusive?
- Selection and caps, not price. Spas are chosen on public quality signals, benefits sit behind owner verification, and Founding seats are capped in every metro.
- How do you decide which spas are listed?
- Public quality signals: your rating and review count, how long you've been open, and whether you offer medical-grade services. Franchise and chain locations can be listed but cannot be Founding Members.
- Why do I have to verify?
- Verification confirms you own the business. It is what separates a member from a name on a public listing, and it unlocks every member benefit.
- What do you do with my information?
- Your listing details are public. Your owner profile and contact information are not, and we never pass your contact information to a partner without your action.
- Can I claim my spa if my metro isn't open yet?
- We are opening the top ten metros in order. If your spa isn't listed yet, you can still ask us to add it from the claim page.
