The club runs on partners, and the club vets them. Every partner on the rate card meets the same standard before an owner ever sees an offer. Here is that standard, and who is on the list today.
Why a partner network at all
Most owners we talk to are worn out by vendor reps and agency cold pitches. So a partner network is a fair thing to be suspicious of. Here is how we keep this one honest.
Partners give members pricing they cannot get on their own, and some pay the club a fee or commission. We say so plainly, we disclose which partners pay the club, and we hold the documents behind every claim a partner makes. A partner that will not meet the standard below does not reach the rate card.
The short version: the club carries the partner's risk to members, so the club sets the terms.
The vetting standard
A partner joins the member rate card only when all five of these hold. They are not aspirations. They are the conditions of being listed.
Real member pricing
A partner reaches the rate card only with pricing at least 15 percent below their standard rate, or a bundle worth as much. We hold the documentation, and it carries a date.
Verifiable claims
Regulatory status, pricing and guarantees are backed by documents we keep on file. If a claim is not documented, it does not run.
No contact handoff
You raise your hand to talk to a partner. We never pass your details to one without your action.
Answered within a day
A listed partner answers member inquiries within one business day. Service is part of the deal, not a favor.
Member feedback decides
Two unresolved member complaints put a partner under review. Three remove them, whatever the partner pays the club.
What is on the rate card
Member rates are for members. The public page shows the category and the standard behind it, not the number. The member pricing opens once you verify your spa, as each metro launches.

The Apex Pro Pen

The pen is $4,500, or $2,500 with a qualifying trade-in. Sterile cartridges are $32 to $36, with a written price guarantee.

How we handle partner payments
When a partner pays the club a fee or commission, we disclose it plainly. It costs us nothing to say, and it tells you exactly where our interest sits.
Payment does not change the standard. A partner that pays the club meets the same five tests as any other partner on the rate card, and it can be put under review and removed on member feedback the same way.
How partners support the club
Med Spa Club is supported by our partners. Partners provide member-only pricing, and some pay us a fee or commission. That never affects which spas we list or how we rank them. We only list partners we would use ourselves.

- Not without your action. You decide when to reach out to a partner. Until you do, your details stay with the club.
- Why can't I see the actual partner prices here?
- Published partner prices, including the Apex Pro pen and cartridge prices, are on the partner pages. Where a quote differs from those published figures, it is confirmed in writing when you request it.
- Does paying the club change how a partner is treated?
- No. We disclose which partners pay the club a fee or commission so you can weigh it. They meet the same five tests as everyone else on the rate card.
