Questions owners ask
- Is there a fee to claim my listing?
- No. Claiming, verifying and membership are all free. The paid Inner Circle tier is separate, optional, and not open yet.
- How long does it really take?
- About two minutes if you verify by email or phone code. Manual review takes a little longer, because a person checks the document you send.
- I got an email saying my spa made the list. Is that real?
- If it came from a member of our team with a claim link to your listing, yes. The link lands on your spa's page, pre-filled, and you confirm the details and verify. We never send cold text messages.
- Do I have to accept partner offers to claim?
- No. The partner opt-in is a single unchecked box. Leave it unchecked and you keep the badge, the library, the benchmark and featured placement.
- My listing has the wrong hours or services. Can I fix that?
- Yes. Correct them in the confirm step. Once you verify, you are the source of record and your edits go live on the listing.
- Will my personal details show on the public listing?
- No. Your name, role, email, phone and profile answers are never public. Only the business details you confirm, plus your verified badge, appear on the listing.
- Can a manager on my team claim it?
- The claim needs proof of ownership, so it should be the owner or someone the owner authorizes. A manager can start it, but ownership still has to be verified by domain email, business phone, or a document.
- When can I actually claim?
- The directory and claim flow open with each metro at launch. If you have a claim link, it will open your listing once your metro is live.
